{"id":4663,"date":"2021-11-11T11:23:32","date_gmt":"2021-11-11T16:23:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hoodcomstudies.com\/theblueandgrey\/?p=4663"},"modified":"2021-11-11T11:23:38","modified_gmt":"2021-11-11T16:23:38","slug":"hood-theatre-to-put-on-performances-for-the-first-time-in-two-years","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theblueandgrey.com\/index.php\/2021\/11\/11\/hood-theatre-to-put-on-performances-for-the-first-time-in-two-years\/","title":{"rendered":"Hood theatre to put on performances for the first time in two years"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By Genesis Lemus\/\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Hood College Theatre is returning to the Avalon Performing Arts Studio (Black Box Theatre) this weekend after a two-year hiatus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There will be two different performances. \u201cI and You\u201d by Lauren Gunderson will be presented on Nov. 11, 12 and 13 at 8 p.m. and on Nov. 14 at 2 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The play will be around 80 minutes and will feature Hood students Kaitlin McCallion and Devin Everett.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The other play is called \u201cAll in the Timing\u201d by David Ives. The showtimes for that play will be Nov. 11 and 12 at 6 p.m. and Nov. 13 at 7 p.m. There will also be a special late-night performance on Nov. 12 at 11 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAll in the Timing\u201d will run around 45 minutes, featuring students Joseph Alston, Rebecca Carroll, Jordan Costley, Jeffrey Fleming, Andrew Seidenberg, Rachel Shaw and Kayla Swain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All the performances will be open to Hood students and the public free of charge.
