Lallo\u2019s Bar and Grill sits off the Golden Mile in Willowdale Shopping Plaza in between a liquor store and a Mexican restaurant. From the outside it appears plain and small, but the inside speaks differently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I first heard of Lallo\u2019s, I thought it was just a pizza shop. When I stepped inside, I was pleasantly surprised by what I saw. Dim lights line the ceiling, and a big counter with a small, open kitchen that can be seen in the back left corner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

High top tables line the wall next to the front door and a big window stretches across. Two pool tables are separated from the dining room by two pillars supporting the restaurant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The separated dining room from the pool tables gives the customers a reason to hang out all night, order drinks and enjoy their delicious food. Live music is also common on weekends and weekday happy hours. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lallo\u2019s serves everything from full pizza pies to salads. You can tell that the food it serves is always fresh, too. I had the pizza, mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, fries and chocolate cake. While the mozzarella sticks, chicken fingers and the cake were delicious, the pizza and fries weren\u2019t my favorite. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fries were a little flimsy and didn\u2019t have a satisfying crunch I normally like. The pizza is good, and I know others enjoy it, I just have a taste for more authentic pizza, and I felt that Lallos\u2019s had an almost artificial marinara sauce taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overall, I think the vibes of this bar and grill are very fun and casual with an easy-going environment. I think it\u2019s a great place to go for a good meal, drinks and to have a fun night listening to music and playing a couple rounds of pool. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
