Delaplaine Jr. School of Business and later served as the school\u2019s Title IX coordinator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThroughout her tenure, she has demonstrated the highest ethical and professional standards in supporting the needs of employees and managers,\u201d Vice President for Finance and Treasurer Chuck Mann said in an email. \u201cCarol has always been fair, compassionate, and supportive to all that requested her services.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thurmond Maynard, chief of campus safety, will serve as the Title IX coordinator&nbsp;until Hood can find a permanent replacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cShe is exceptional and will be greatly missed,\u201d Mann said.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>By Zoe Finholm\/\/ Executive Director of Human Resources Carol&nbsp;Wuenschel&nbsp;retired from Hood College on Jan. 29.
