Seed to Roots is a spectacular annual event that brings together young artists from Frederick County to showcase their incredible talents. It’s a dynamic and engaging celebration of Black History and culture. Our young performers take the stage to pay homage to the rich heritage of Black history through a wide range of artistic expressions, including music, dance, visual arts, and more.”
