Herbs for Mental Health

Join us in Whit 220 at 12:30PM as we learn from Joi Vogin, a registered dietician with the University of Maryland Extension, about herbs that can benefit our mental health. Joi will talk about which herbs have the biggest impact on our mindset and will share recipes on how to incorporate these herbs into our diets.
