Crime log for February

Campus Safety at Hood College reported the following incidents in February:

Feb. 13

An auto accident was reported at 2:30 p.m. at the Coffman Chapel parking lot. The case was closed and referred to the owner.

Feb. 16

A suspicious person was reported at 1:33 p.m. at the Blazer Hall lobby. The case was closed and referred to Campus Safety. The person was escorted off of campus.

Feb. 16

A dating violence/simple assault was reported at 3:45 p.m. at the Whitaker Center parking lot. The case was closed and referred to the Title IX Coordinator and the Office of Student Life. No trespass order was issued.

Feb. 18

A bias incident was reported at 6:12 p.m. at Blazer Hall. The case was closed and referred to the Office of Community & Inclusivity and the Title IX Coordinator.

Feb. 20

A water damage incident was reported at 9:30 a.m. in Coblentz Hall. The case was closed and referred to the Facilities Department.

Feb. 20

A suspicious person was reported at 9:10 p.m. at Meyran Hall. The case was closed and reported to Campus Safety.

Feb. 24

A theft was reported at 12:11 a.m. at Smith Hall. The case was closed and referred to the Office of Student Life.
