There a quite a few noticeable changes in Whitaker Campus Center.
The first thing you probably noticed when you walked in is the new carpet. It is a nice new fresh look.
The carpet is definitely better than last year. There are also less tables.
There are only a couple of tables across from Grill Works and the Sandwich Shack. There used to be more.
The area is simply big and open now. This was probably done to make it easier to enter and exit even when it is crowded and congested.
There is new furniture in the seating area across from the Switch Board.
In the ping pong/pool table area, you have to give your ID to the person who works there in order to get a ping pong paddle and ball. This is probably due to the damage to some of the equipment in the prior year.
Last year you were able to grab stuff at your leisure. The tables and chairs were removed from the game area as well.
