SUMMARY:Overdose Response Training - Narcan
DESCRIPTION:The Frederick County Health Department (FCHD) will be in the Library to offer a short training on what to do if someone is experiencing a drug overdose. In this training the Health Department will train participants to administer Naloxone\, also known as Narcan\, a lifesaving intervention. \n\n\n\nThe session is for anyone at risk for overdosing on heroin or prescription pain medication AND anyone who may have an opportunity to help someone experiencing an overdose.
