RISE program – week two, mindfulness

Have you ever felt like some experiences of your past have prevented you living in the present or achieving your best future? If yes, you are absolutely not alone. Many students have faced hardship and trauma before college, sometimes even while in college. The good news is you are capable of being resilient and living your best life, despite the past. The RISE Program was created to help you learn simple tools and skills for overcoming some of the challenges and building resiliency.
